Lead time:
We have a lot of stock, but we cannot guarantee that the product
will still be in stock when you place your order. Therefore, please
check with our sales team before placing your order. If the product
is in stock, we can send it as soon as possible after receiving
payment. If the quantity is large, our sales team will also advise
you on the lead time.
Trade terms:
EXW / CIF / DDU / DDP.
We do not advise using FOB since it is handled by your forwarder
and we do not know their charge standard.

Transporting:
If the quantity is small, we usually send it by courier (DHL,
FEDEX, TNT and so on) or by air. If the quantity is large, we
advise shipping by sea or by truck (to Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia,
Mongolia, Russia, etc.) or by train (European countries). This will
take longer time but cheaper fees. Shenzhen Port is the nearest
port.

market, we will let you know; if you can accept second-hand power
supply, we will source it for you.
3. Could I buy 1pc sample first and small order?
A: Of course! We support sample orders and small orders especially
for new customers under certain conditions. If the trial order is
OK, you can buy more in the next order. We can offer very
competitive prices if the quantity is big. We can pack products
according to customer's requirements. If the quantity is big, we
will pack them on pallets since most of our clients buy a lot so
most of our products are shipped by pallets. If the quantity is
small such as just rectifier, it is advised to be shipped by
cartons to save freight. But don't worry! Their packages are
Huawei/ZTE/Emerson original packages which are well protected by
foam and cartons.
4. Could you help us for full range power supply?
A: Yes! If some items are not in stock, we will check with our
friend company for you then collect them all and ship them together
for you.
